SAN FRANCISCO ( Feb. 16, 2006) - The signal is given, and Air Station San Francisco aircrew drop a flare into San Francisco Bay, near Angel Island, from their HH-65 Dolphin helicopter. Machine Auxiliary Crewman Roger Machin watches and observes the scene and area where the flare was dropped.
