Press Conference To Update Information On Cosco Busan Response In San Francisco Bay WHO: The Unified Command for the Cosco Busan response. WHAT: Press Conference WHEN: 2:30 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2007 WHERE: Fort Mason Center, in front of the firehouse Members of the Unified Command set up for the response to the Cosco Busan incident, consisting of senior members of all involved agencies, will be holding a press conference to update the media on response efforts in the bay.
