Coast Guard Public Affairs Mailing List Update (CHANGE) Due to a technical issue, the link in the previous advisory did not add people to our mailing list. The problem has been fixed and a new form has been created. We aplogize for any inconvenience. The Eleventh Coast Guard District Public Affairs Office is updating media mailing lists for those who are interested in receiving press releases and other advisories on Coast Guard activities in northern California and Nevada. Those interested in receiving releases should go to the following link and complete the form.
