| ALAMEDA, Calif.—Rear Admiral Craig E. Bone, right, and Vice Admiral David Pekoske, Commander Coast Guard Pacific Area Defense Forces West, center, congratulate Rear Admiral Paul F. Zunkuft on his new position as the Commander of the Eleventh Coast Guard District at the Change of Command Ceremony held on Coast Guard Island here August 7. The ceremony, a time-honored military tradition, formally marked the transition of command from Bone to Zunkuft. Immediately following the Change of Command a ceremony was held for the retirement of Bone, who had served 31 years in various positions throughout the Coast Guard.
